According to the cleanliness needs of Xi'an aerospace power products combined with VDA19.1 and ISO16232 cleanliness standards, Chongqing Harco Technology Co., Ltd. tailors a cleanliness testing laboratory program for customers for cleanliness detection and analysis of aerospace products, and analyzes the weight, size and quantity of residual particles after cleaning. After a number of on-site inspections and program comparisons, the department finally set up a number of sets of cleanliness testing equipment in Harco.
The non-standard cleanliness extraction equipment manufactured by our company in accordance with the requirements provided by customers has been installed and debugged, and the operators have been trained and accepted to complete. The following is a picture of the acceptance site for reference:
