Deco Precision was founded in 2005 and operates a facility spanning 31,400 square meters. The company is dedicated to the manufacturing and processing of precision molds and precision components, with its headquarters located in Ninghai County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province—approximately 300 kilometers from Shanghai and 60 kilometers from Ningbo Port—enjoying a distinct locational advantage. Our company’s first electric cleanliness extractor was successfully accepted on-site on June 12, 2023, and, following satisfactory performance, we subsequently purchased a second automated cleanliness extractor.
Our company offers a second extraction unit: the ultrasonic automatic extraction machine for cleanliness, model HACCO-767C.
Our company offers equipment that integrates high-pressure washing, perfusion washing, ultrasonic cleaning, automated spray rinsing, and on-line filtration and membrane formation for cleaning agents, along with recirculating fine filtration and recovery. This enables simultaneous part cleaning and the filtration and recovery of particulate contaminants, promptly collecting surface contaminants onto the filter membrane.
Our company offers the following automated cleanliness analysis equipment: the ZEISS SteREO Discovery.V8 analysis system, which is used for cleanliness control of automotive components and supports the development of China’s new-energy vehicle industry.
Our company completed the installation and commissioning of the first cleanliness equipment manufactured according to the customer’s specifications at the customer’s site on June 12, 2023, and provided training for the operating personnel.
Our company completed the installation and commissioning of the second cleanliness equipment set, manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specifications, at the customer’s facility on October 17, 2023, and provided training to the operating personnel.
