Relying on the parent plant’s robust industrial foundation and innovative environment, the Jiaxing Branch of Zhoushan No. 7412 Factory is fully leveraging its resource advantages and forging a strategic partnership with University of Science and Technology Beijing to vigorously develop, in the Nanhu District of Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, a comprehensive industrial base centered on anti-corrosion treatment for metal components. The primary product line comprises high-strength fasteners for wind power, as well as automotive parts, rail transit components, and high-speed railway equipment parts. The core business also includes the production and manufacturing of these products, along with advanced anti-corrosion technologies such as nano-alloy co-diffusion, multi-component alloy co-diffusion, zinc–magnesium–aluminum co-diffusion, and zinc–nickel co-diffusion, plus the development and application of new materials to replace stainless steel. The current annual production capacity stands at 10,000 metric tons, with plans to expand to 50,000 metric tons per year.

Our company offers the following key functions for this equipment: it can determine the metallic luster reflectance properties of all contaminants on a filter membrane in a single scan, enabling rapid, automated classification and size measurement of four particle categories within minutes—reflective particles, reflective fibers, non-reflective particles, and non-reflective fibers—and generating cleanliness reports based on various standards, with support for enterprise-customized standards.
Our company’s cleanliness testing equipment, manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specified requirements, was installed and commissioned on-site at the customer’s facility on October 15, 2023, and operator training was subsequently conducted.
