Our company provides the following main functions of this equipment: High-pressure cleaning, perfusion cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, and automatic spray cleaning The system integrates online filtration and membrane formation for cleaning agents with recirculating fine filtration and particle recovery, enabling simultaneous part cleaning and particulate contaminant filtration and recovery. It can promptly collect particulate contaminants from the part surfaces onto the filter membrane surface.
Our company’s cleanliness testing equipment, manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specifications, was installed and commissioned on-site at the customer’s facility on June 23, 2024, and operator training was subsequently conducted.
