Our company’s automated cleanliness extraction system effectively addresses your requirements for particle size, dimensions, and quantity in the surface cleanliness of product components. When paired with our proprietary cleanliness analysis equipment, it enables comprehensive cleanliness control and management of components.
Our company offers this equipment, which integrates high-pressure cleaning, perfusion cleaning, automated spray cleaning, and on-line filtration and membrane formation for cleaning agents, along with recirculating fine filtration and recovery. This enables simultaneous part cleaning and the filtration and recovery of particulate contaminants, promptly collecting surface contaminants onto the filter membrane.
Our company’s cleanliness testing equipment, manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specified requirements, was installed and commissioned on-site at the customer’s facility on December 7, 2024, and operator training was subsequently conducted.
