Chongqing ABB Jiangjin Turbocharging System Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2006 by ABB (China) Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Jiangzeng Machinery Co., Ltd., which is affiliated with CSIC. At present, the company has developed into the second largest turbocharger production base of ABB Group in the world, and the only ABB plant in the world that supplies ABB small and medium-sized turbochargers for low-speed diesel engines, which is an important organic part of ABB's turbocharging system global network.
According to ABB's needs, combined with VDA19.1 and ISO16232 cleanliness standards, Chongqing Harco Technology Co., Ltd. tailors a cleanliness testing laboratory solution for ABB for the cleanliness detection and analysis of turbochargers, and analyzes the weight, size and quantity of residual particles after cleaning.
The cleanliness testing and analysis equipment manufactured by our company in accordance with the requirements provided by customers has been installed and debugged, and the operators have been trained. The following is a picture of the acceptance site for reference:
