Product Introduction:
Automatic Cleanliness Extraction Machine

This equipment features a dual-station cleaning configuration that integrates pressurized jet cleaning, perfusion cleaning, automatic spray rinsing, ultrasonic cleaning, and on-line filtration and membrane formation for cleaning-agent recovery, along with recirculating fine filtration and recovery, thereby enabling simultaneous part cleaning and particulate-contaminant filtration and recovery.
The equipment is equipped with a dedicated touchscreen control system and specialized measurement-and-control software, enabling real-time display of operating status. Cleaning pressure and flow rate are continuously adjustable, and when used with various cleaning nozzles, it can quickly and conveniently clean internal cavities, blind holes, and entire surfaces of parts, thereby meeting international and national standards such as ISO 16232:2007, VDA 19, and GB/T 3821-2005.
Automated Cleanliness Analysis System

The automated cleanliness analysis system fully complies with the requirements of standards such as VDA 19.1-2015, ISO 16232, ISO 4406, ISO 4407, QV11111, and customer-specific specifications. Utilizing optical polarization technology and automatic switching of the polarizing device, a single scan is sufficient to determine the metallic luster reflectance characteristics of all contaminants on the filter membrane. Furthermore, based on the morphological definition of fibers specified in VDA 19.1—namely, an aspect ratio greater than 20 (stretch length divided by maximum inscribed circle diameter) and a maximum inscribed circle diameter no greater than 50 micrometers—the system can rapidly and automatically classify and size the following four particle categories within just a few minutes: reflective particles; reflective fibers; non-reflective particles; and non-reflective fibers.
