The HACCO-500ZD cleanliness inspection system fully complies with VDA 19.1-2015, ISO 16232, ISO4406 and ISO 4407, QV11111 as well as customer-specific standards. Using optical polarization technology, manually turning the polarizing device, the determination of the metallic gloss reflection properties of all contaminants on the entire filter membrane can be completed through two scans, and according to the morphological definition of the fiber in VDA19.1 (stretch length/diameter of the large inscribed circle >20, and the diameter of the large inscribed circle ≦50 microns), the classification and size measurement of the following four types of particles can be quickly and automatically completed in a few minutes: reflective particles, reflective fibers, non-reflective particles, and non-reflective fibers.
