Pre-research phase: Due to cleanliness-related challenges faced by automotive components, after conducting extensive research and site visits in the domestic market, the client ultimately selected our company to collaborate on a cleanliness testing project.

Our company offers the following key features of this equipment: leveraging optical polarization technology and an automated polarizer rotation mechanism, it can complete the assessment of metallic luster reflectance for all contaminants on a filter membrane in a single scan. Furthermore, in accordance with the VDA 19.1 morphological definition for fibers—specifically, a stretch length-to-maximum inscribed circle diameter ratio greater than 20 and a maximum inscribed circle diameter no greater than 50 micrometers—it can rapidly and automatically classify and measure the size of four particle categories within just a few minutes: reflective particles, reflective fibers, non-reflective particles, and non-reflective fibers. The system also generates cleanliness reports based on various standards and supports the creation of enterprise-specific custom standards.
Our company’s automated cleanliness analysis equipment, manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specified requirements, was successfully installed and commissioned on-site at the customer’s facility on July 26, 2023, and operator training was subsequently conducted.
