Chongqing Hanyuan Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in Yudong in 2004 and relocated in 2009 to Zone B of the Luohuang Industrial Park, a municipal-level development zone in Chongqing. Since its establishment, the company has been dedicated to the manufacture of various models of micro-tillers, generators, harvesters, electric vehicles, and automotive gears. Our company’s automated cleanliness extraction system is used for cleanliness control of generators and gears.
Our company has custom-designed this equipment to integrate high-pressure cleaning, perfusion cleaning, spray cleaning, in-line filtration and membrane formation for cleaning agents, and recirculating fine filtration and recovery into a single system. This enables simultaneous part cleaning and the filtration and recovery of particulate contaminants, allowing particulate pollutants on the part surfaces to be promptly collected on the filter membrane surface.
Our company’s cleanliness testing equipment, manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specified requirements, was installed and commissioned on-site at the customer’s facility on August 12, 2023, and operator training was subsequently conducted.
