Shandong Shifeng (Group) of China Completes Delivery of Mobile Cleanliness Washing and Extraction Machine
Shifeng Group originated as the Chengguan Repair and Assembly Cooperative, established in 1963 and located in Gaotang County, Shandong Province; the group was formally founded on May 18, 1993. Its principal products include three-wheeled vehicles, commercial vehicles, electric tricycles, tractors, single-cylinder engines, nylon synthetic fibers, and new-type scaffolding systems. The company has developed several specialized industrial parks, including an agricultural vehicle industrial park, an agricultural equipment industrial park, a cogeneration industrial park, a nylon industrial fabric industrial park, a commercial vehicle industrial park, and a modern agricultural equipment industrial park. Shifeng Group houses a National-level Industrial Design Center, a State-recognized Enterprise Technology Center, a Key Laboratory of Agricultural Machinery Power and Harvesting Equipment under the Ministry of Agriculture, a Postdoctoral Research Station, and an Academician Workstation. It also operates the Shifeng Central Research Institute, which comprises 15 research institutes.
Pre-research phase: Due to the transmission’s large size, complex structure, and associated cleanliness challenges, multiple domestic market surveys and site visits were conducted before ultimately selecting our company to collaborate on the cleanliness testing project.

Our company provides a mobile cleanliness cleaning and extraction unit for transmission cleanliness control.
Our company has custom-designed this equipment with the following key functions: perfusion cleaning, in-line filtration of cleaning agents to form a membrane, and recirculating fine filtration for recovery—all integrated into a single system. This enables simultaneous part cleaning and filtration/recovery of particulate contaminants, allowing particulate pollutants on the part surfaces to be promptly collected on the filter membrane surface.
Our company’s cleanliness testing equipment, manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specified requirements, was installed and commissioned on-site at the customer’s facility on July 18, 2023, and operator training was subsequently conducted.
