Our company offers the following key functions for this equipment: it can determine the metallic luster reflectance properties of all contaminants on a filter membrane in a single scan, enabling rapid, automated classification and size measurement of four particle categories within just a few minutes—reflective particles, reflective fibers, non-reflective particles, and non-reflective fibers. It also generates cleanliness reports based on various standards, with support for enterprise-customized standards.
Our company’s cleanliness testing equipment, manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specifications, was installed and commissioned on-site at the customer’s facility on August 29, 2024, and operator training was subsequently conducted.
