BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd. – Cleanliness Testing and Analysis Equipment Delivered
BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd. was established in May 2003 as a joint venture between the BMW Group and Huachen Automotive Group Holding Co., Ltd. Its operations encompass the production, sales, and after-sales service of BMW-branded vehicles in China. BMW Brilliance operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, maintains a branch office in Beijing, and has a sales and service network that spans the entire country. The joint venture currently employs approximately 20,000 people and collaborates with nearly 400 local suppliers, having been Shenyang’s largest taxpayer for 14 consecutive years. The BMW Brilliance Shenyang Manufacturing Base is the BMW Group’s largest production facility worldwide, comprising two complete-vehicle plants in Dadong and Tiexi, a powertrain plant, and a research and development center.

Our company’s automated cleanliness extraction system effectively addresses your requirements for particle size, dimension, and count in the surface cleanliness of product components. When paired with our proprietary cleanliness analysis equipment, it enables comprehensive cleanliness control and management of these components.
Our company provides the following main functions of this equipment: High-pressure cleaning, perfusion cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, and automatic spray cleaning The system integrates online filtration and membrane formation for cleaning agents with recirculating fine filtration and particle recovery, enabling simultaneous part cleaning and particulate contaminant filtration and recovery. It can promptly collect particulate contaminants from the part surfaces onto the filter membrane surface.
Our company’s cleanliness testing equipment, manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specified requirements, was successfully installed and commissioned on-site at the customer’s facility on June 17, 2024, and operator training was subsequently conducted.
