What are the two requirements for the selection of cleanliness testers

Cleanliness detector is a test method that uses liquid medium to separate the pollutants on the surface or cavity of parts into the liquid through one or more mechanical cleaning methods, and collects the particulate pollutants in the liquid through the filter membrane, and then analyzes the type, weight, size, quantity, etc. of the pollutants by the instrument.
Cleanliness refers to the degree to which parts, impurities contaminate a component, a specific component, and the entire machine. The mass, size, and quantity of impurity particles collected from specific characteristic portions by a specific method. 'Specified parts' refers to characteristic parts that endanger the reliability of the product. 'Impurities' includes all impurities that are still present during the design, manufacture, transportation, use and maintenance of the product, all external mixtures and generated by the system.
The selection of cleanliness testers is generally divided into two requirements:
1. Clean the equipment
Check the size of the workpiece (length * width * height) according to the cleanliness required by the factory, and select the appropriate cleaning method and equipment.
There are three commonly used cleaning methods: pressure cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, and perfusion cleaning
Pressure cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning are two relatively simple cleaning methods on the market at present. The two devices also have a certain gap in functionality. Customers need to choose the right cleaning equipment according to the production process and processing accuracy requirements of their own factories.
2. Requirements for particle size, weight and quantity analysis
(1) Customer requirements, if there is particle weight analysis, then customers need to configure one-tenth of the balance (some customers choose one in 100,000)
(2) Particle number and size analysis
1) Integrated high depth of field stereomicroscope is commonly used to detect particles above 25um
2) Integrated metallographic microscope can detect particles above 5um, customers can choose other specifications and multiples of objective lenses, can also be used for metallographic material analysis and porosity analysis.
