7. Open the outlet valve. After the exhaust is completed, the exhaust valve needs to be opened to expel the air inside the device.

8. During the exhaust process, pay close attention to the status of the equipment and the display of the pressure gauge. If the pressure value inside the equipment is found to be unstable or abnormal, the exhaust operation must be stopped in time, and the status of the equipment and vacuum pump must be checked to ensure the safety of the equipment and operators.
